What are we doing?

Using a distribution valve, whatever the number of ports (4, 6 or 8), it is possible to inject different liquids sequentially into your setup.
Since the LSPone and SPM directly integrate a distributrion valve, it is possible to have the pump and valve in a unique instrument.
